site technical visit at 4G10, Putrajaya

site technical visit on THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF PILING AND SUB-STRUCTURE WORKS FOR LOT 4G6 (BLOCK 4G8,4G9 AND 4G10), 4G11, 4T4A AND ROAD RESERVES which conducted by main contractor : Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd + specialist sub-con: Pintaras Geotechnics Sdn Bhd.
the objective of technical visit is to expose the PjC's technical staffs on the Top-Down Construction Method which adopted for the completion of the project consist of 3 storey basement at 4G11 and partially at 4G8 while 4 storey basement at 4G9, 4G10 and part of 4G8.
Top-Down Construction method is proposed with ground floor slab and basement slabs as strut to the diaphragm wall while excavation of the basement to be carried out progressively in stages bcoz if nak buat deep excavation x sesuai coz restraints by the enviromental factors which is the existing CUT, LRT station + high water table.
new experience to me yang x keje ngan contractor or consultants.
